BETER Live names Alina Mihaela Popa as Chief Commercial Officer
Former Pragmatic Play and Skywind Group manager joins leading live content provider to head up commercial strategy
BETER Live, the in-demand live content provider, has named Alina Mihaela Popa as its Chief Commercial Officer. The appointment comes as the company continues to scale at pace, with new products, market launches, and operator partnerships set for the coming months.
Alina brings with her almost a decade of industry experience having held account management roles at the likes of Pragmatic Play and Skywind Group. Starting as an Account Manager at Pragmatic Play, she quickly demonstrated exceptional talent in building and nurturing client relationships.
She then took this talent to Skywind Group where she held the roles of Senior Partnership Management Team Lead and Senior Business Development Manager. Her responsibilities included securing significant partnerships and driving revenue growth across its B2B and B2C businesses.
As Chief Commercial Officer at BETER Live, Alina will oversee all commercial activity, including forging new partnerships with operators in key regulated markets across the world. She will also ensure that existing partners maximise the opportunities its portfolio of pioneering live content provides.
The BETER Live management team is thrilled how have Alina in the c-suite and to leverage her knowledge and experience to scale the business to new heights.
